This place is so clean, nice, modern, and a pleasure to live in. Love the high ceilings, cement floors, top of the line appliances, location, and amenities. This is by far my favorite place I've ever lived.

It s nice. Sound is a bit of a problem between apartments but overall its a nice place to live. It s centrally located and you can get to any part of the city rather quickly. It s clean and bug free and the energy efficiency is fantastic especially in the summer.

I've been living here for about 5 months now, and I really don't believe people give this place enough credit. The grounds are always well kept, the staff is always friendly, and the actual living space is very comfortable! I love my neighbors, I love my loft, and it's an absolute blessing to be able to call this place home! Thanks Blue Plate Team! Keep up the great work!

It's like my own little oasis. I have met so many awesome people from minute one that made me sure I made the right decision to relocate. I am inspired everyday, and I feel the peace of mind and comfort that I need to create uninhibitedly. The grounds and facilities are state of the art, but my wallet doesn't know it! My dog is even making new friends. Two thumbs up!!

I would to definitely take a tour. The various amenities are amazing especially for a building in an urban setting. It's almost as if you've left New Orleans for a moment every time the gate opens. I am so excited to move in here.

Living in the Blue Plate Artist Lofts truly changes the way you think of "Apartment Style" living. So much thought has been put into everything! It is honestly an Urban Oasis. It's so refreshing to live with like minded "Creatives" and on a personal note I am so in love with my loft. I really lucked up and got one of the best spaces available.
I'm really excited about the Blue Plate Artist Lofts, it going to be a great and beautiful place to live. Can't wait.

The overall layout of the property looks to be great and the environment seems to be a creative space. Mid City is also a great an beautiful place that showcase the lovely people of our unique city.
I really like the kitchen photo and the block glass around the exterior...I can't wait to move in. :)

The place has yet to open at this point, but from what I'm hearing this place will offer...WOW...it will be an oasis of creativity running thru the wall of the Blue Plate
